Job Opportunities!

Come and Join our Team!

Speech Plus SP has an exciting opportunity for a full-time or part-time speech pathologist to join our private practice. We welcome all applications including new graduates and experienced clinicians.

About us

We are a friendly, inclusive team of speech pathologists, who are looking for someone new to welcome into our clinic. We enjoy problem-solving together, sharing our challenges and expertise, and bonding over lunch.

Our practice services children of all ages, both those with and without disabilities.  This sets us apart from many other settings, who only service NDIS participants.  While we are glad to be NDIS registered and provide evidence-based services to children with disabilities, we also assist children who have speech, stuttering, learning and phonological awareness delays, including dyslexia. This allows you to maintain your skills in a variety of areas, rather than narrowing your skill set.

We aim to support all staff, no matter what their level of experience is, to feel confident and to love what they do.  Support is provided through regular PD, meetings and informal day-to-day chats .  There is always someone around to chat to if you have a question.

Work-life balance is imperative so your diary will not be over-scheduled. Travel is not required, as all appointments are held at the Redlynch clinic, so there is no packing of, or living out of a car.

Our lovely receptionist does all of the bookings, invoicing, NDIS service agreements and even toy washing, keeping your mind and time focused on what matters.
